Delivery & Shipping Policy
At ToyBucket®, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reputed national courier services to ensure your toys reach you in perfect condition.
1. Dispatch Timeline
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the time of order confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:30 AM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time (EDD) depends on your geographical location:
Ghaziabad & Delhi-NCR: 1–3 business days.
Metros & Major Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days depending on courier accessibility.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and the link to the courier partner's website. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Secure Packaging & Receipt
Safety First: We use high-quality, multi-layered packaging to prevent any transit damage.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: For your protection and ours, please record a continuous unboxing video (without cuts) while opening your package. This is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items or transit damage [Refer to our Return Policy for details].
Damaged Outer Box: If you receive a package that is visibly crushed or tampered with from the outside, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at toybucket.in@gmail.com.
5. Important Terms
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct "Registered Address" including the correct Pin Code and mobile number. ToyBucket is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts (due to customer unavailability), the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
Force Majeure: While we guarantee timely dispatch, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen "Force Majeure" events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather). In such cases, the standard delivery window may be extended.
