At ToyBucket®, we aim to provide a seamless and secure shopping experience. This policy outlines our accepted payment methods, security protocols, and transaction guidelines.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

UPI: (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express.
Net Banking: Supporting all major Indian banks.
Digital Wallets: Mobikwik, Freecharge, and others.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes with a maximum order value of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 5,000]. An additional handling fee may apply.

2. Transaction Security

Your financial safety is our top priority:

SSL Encryption: Our website is protected with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure your data is private.
Secure Gateways: We use PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay/Cashfree/PayU). ToyBucket® does not store your credit/debit card numbers or CVV on our servers.
Two-Factor Authentication: All card and net banking transactions are processed through secure 3D-Secure protocols (OTP verification) as per RBI mandates.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All-Inclusive Pricing: All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
No Hidden Costs: The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay, including taxes and shipping (unless a shipping fee is applicable based on our Delivery Policy).

4. Payment Failures

In case of a payment failure:

Please check if your internet connection is stable and the information entered (OTP/PIN) is correct.
If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days.

5. Fraud Prevention

Verification: To protect against unauthorized transactions, we may occasionally request additional verification for high-value orders.
Suspicious Activity: ToyBucket® reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or associated with suspicious payment behaviour.

6. Refund Settlements

All approved refunds (as per our Refund Policy) will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer to an account held in the name of the person who placed the order.
