Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases from ToyBucket®. However, due to the nature of our products and the need to prevent policy misuse, we enforce a strict return procedure. This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

1. Strict 72-Hour Return Window

  • Time Limit: All requests for return or replacement must be initiated within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of the delivery timestamp recorded by our shipping partner.

  • Finality: Requests submitted after the 72-hour window will be automatically rejected.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To validate any claims of damage, defects, or missing items, ToyBucket requires clear evidence:

  • Requirement: You must provide a single, continuous, uncut video (no edits or pauses) showing the entire unboxing process.

  • Video Content: The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed package before opening, and the condition of the product as it is removed from the box.

  • No Video, No Claim: We will not process any claim without this mandatory video proof.

3. Eligibility for Returns (Strict Conditions)

We accept returns only if the product is:

  • Genuinely Damaged: Damage occurred during transit or is a manufacturing defect.

  • Incorrect Product: You received a different item from what you ordered.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in unused, brand-new condition with all original tags, security seals, packaging, and manuals intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or washed items.

  • Items with damaged or removed safety/hygiene seals.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Items purchased from our "Clearance" section.

5. Quality Check (QC) and Refund Process

  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to a rigorous Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse.

  • Rejection: If the item shows signs of customer use, deliberate damage, or if the customer has swapped the original product with an old or counterfeit item, the return will be rejected.

  • Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only within 7-10 business days.

6. Anti-Fraud Measures & Grievance Redressal

  • Monitoring: We track return patterns and reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who abuse this policy.
